My philosophy is that most people feel that they have limited time in the day to dedicate to their own health and wellness.

The easiest way to carve out time for other things—work, spouse, children, volunteer commitments, errands—is to sacrifice ourselves and our needs. Enlisting the help of a personal trainer allows you to schedule specific time on specific days to invest in YOU.

For that hour, you and your trainer are focused 100% on your needs. It also guarantees that this precious time that you’ve reserved just for yourself is used in the most effective way for YOU.

The major misconception most people have is that success lies in being motivated. That could not be further from the truth—you don’t have to be motivated. Success solely lies in dedication.

The idea that no matter how motivated you are, you will be dedicated to the process. That is what leads to success. Having a personal trainer reminds you that you dedicated yourself, your time, and your financial resources to succeeding. Your entire job is to show up. Your personal trainer’s job is to take that time and make it as effective as possible. 

Yes, you will be put on a program. We will establish goals. We will take measurements. We will talk about supplements and nutrition. We will prescribe cardio and homework. We will make plans. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is that we will show up for YOU. And you will show up for yourself. Together, we will allow you to feel empowered by your newfound strength AND by your newfound dedication to making yourself a priority.

Services and Pricing:

All sessions are 50 minutes long. Gym membership is required for personal training sessions or a day pass rate of $10/session will be added to your session rate.

All sessions are 1-on-1 between YOU and ME. I will instruct you on appropriate movements and explain why these best practices will lead to your success.

  • No commitment. Use for any purpose you see fit, and schedule at your convenience.

    Best for clients who are dedicated to a routine and seeing the results they desire on their own, but:

    …want professional assistance spicing up their program.

    …need help with proficiency in a specific movement or skill.

    …are recovering from an injury or medical event and want 1-on-1 supervision reviewing their physical therapy exercises.

    *Session rate is +$10/session more for clients that do NOT have a gym membership.

    *$2 discount for cash/check payment.

  • Once you sign your contract, you ‘own’ your training time slot (specific days/times) as long as you want it. Minimum of 2x/week. Sessions are purchased monthly. With this program you get consistent, supervised, goal-oriented workouts that will allow you to see results and rehabilitation as quickly as possible. It allows you to maximize your time by learning specifics about your nutritional, movement, and structural needs. Each time you meet your trainer you’ll have an opportunity to discuss any area you feel needs improvement and attention. This is a partnership to help YOU find the success you want!

    Best for clients who are motivated, but:

    …have a hard time prioritizing themselves.

    …would prefer to come in a work hard, without having to design their own program.

    …are not seeing the results they desire.

    …work best with a very structured schedule.

    …want to learn more about how nutrition and fitness can work together.

    …have little experience in a gym setting.

    And if we’re being honest, this is the very best option for people who understand that motivation fades (for all of us!), but are unable to find the special recipe for staying committed when this inevitably happens. Set yourself up for success by not putting yourself in a position to fail!

    *Partner training is available with trainer approval after a physical assessment of both potential clients. (Rate: $100/session with monthly contract, if approved.)

  • This training program is for individuals that are extremely dedicated to their fitness, but do not need supervision and/or are unable to adhere to a structured training schedule with a trainer.

    This programming is a personalized month of workouts and cardio based on the needs and abilities of each client. Included are two (2) 30-minute in-person or virtual check-in appointments, generally bi-weekly, to discuss new programming, goals, and nutrition.

    *$5 discount for cash/check payment.

  • Referral discount: One (1) session FREE off next month’s training when referral purchases recurring training.

One (1) complimentary 25-minute assessment may be scheduled as needed.
